Our visit to Oliver Brown was awesome. From the delicious food and coffee to the exceptional service, it was a great experience. Notably, Anna's service was so outstanding that it even brought a blush to my young son’s face. Anna's welcoming demeanor made my kids eager to come back.
Oliver Brown Bankstown has taken a pivotal step in a different direction from it's sister branches across Sydney by having created a new seasonal menu scheme starting off with their Spring Lineup.
I was pleasantly surprised by just how much variety there was and was a little cautious as wide variety tends to be a pitfall for businesses as it means their quality slackens. This was not the case, the food was all enjoyable and for once my sourdough bread could actually be cut and wasn't a brick like it's been at so many other cafes.
The pricing is decent, service was quick and staff also friendly. This is definitely a must try brunch spot for all the locals looking for a new brunch destination. I shall be returning!
We visited for brunch and the food was amazing. Everything was a 10 from us, the big breakfast, falafel bowl, mango and passion fruit crush!!! All recommend!!! We especially LOVED the acai, the generosity of peanut butter and toppings was appreciated. We were served by Anna and she was amazing, checked up on us and attended to our wants and needs. Friendly staff and good music.

The service is verry poor! I ask the lady whos serving us for additional plate as my kids sharing their food! And they just ignore me! So i need to use the saucer for my kids food!
Worst customer services, we visited 1st time with some guests visiting us from Melbourne and China, 1st we stood for good 10 minutes as the staff was busy and couldn't find any table for us. We ourself found a table and asked the staff to clean it for us. Than we ordered some breakfast and coffee. The coffee was served before the food came. When the food came there was a human hair with egg but I didn't say anything as this is a normal practice in the restaurants. we orderd salmon in big brekkie 26 and there was no salmon served which we realised later.
When we finished the food we asked the waitress to warm the coffee, she told us to go and speak to the barista. Our guest went inside and she spoke to barista, the barista was being so rude and said this is the last time we are gonna do this for you. We were served with 3 fresh coffees. When we went to pay, my partner gave them tip because they made us new coffees and the guy at the counter told him, he has charged him for the new coffees aswell. Well he still gave him tip but I would never go to this oliver brown again and would recommend other people the same
